Frustration to Fascination

A child is one of the means through which God can create a man.

Similarly, can we use frustration to create fascination? Nature provides us the ingredients for our daily bread but expects us to do the baking. A child complains, ‘No one like me at school.’ His grandmother answers, ‘Ingredients like flour, baking power, yeast… are bitter but when mixed together creatively, a delicious cake is the result.’

Life in bits and pieces may be is bitter but we can make it something fascinating by our creativity.

Incidents in life are not frustrating as such but the interpretation of incidents creates frustration. When temptation knocks, imagination usually answers. But imagination can be well used for cashing opportunities. Understand that the narrow mind is the first to criticize a lofty idea.

Think big. Use imagination. You will find frustration coaching your mysteriously. Creativity happens in a space where things are looked differently. Look at frustration differently.

Covert every frustrating incident into an opportunity to grow. Don’t go on sticking to one point of view and miss a opportunity.

`Many has not your mother told you sanity of coming early in the night and not to get lost with your boy friend,’ asked the father.

`yes, dad, mother says men haven’t changed a bit,’ replied the daughter.

Worshiping Life

One way to worship God is to respect life. The other way to worship God is be a creator.
Create a song, a garden or a poem. If one can create with deep humility and love then one finds God residing in one’s life. Being creative with humility is indeed prayer.
God cannot be other than life and hence, to see life as God is true worship. Real prayer consists in living and not is such a rattling of words.
Even doing small things with deep love and respect is true prayer. Then, worship is not an act but a state of being.
More than an act it is a quality of one’s pure being, an expression of inner essence and not ego.
A stressed woman asked for advice to handle stress. Any amount of advice to change her was in vain. Then the master employed a new method and told her, ‘For two weeks try to make others happy and see what happens.’
After two weeks the master asked how she felt. She said, ‘I don’t see any difference but relaxed with me.’
The master turned to his students and said, ‘we fail to see our self. People are winning in life but they but they feel they are losing as they don’t know how to validate their winning.’

Pain to power

when a god gives us problems, it is to humble us and and not to temble us.

Treat all difficulties as divine sugery Pain then becomes a training ground for one to be powerful. One has to become aware thaty the idea that most of our experience of pain is just an interpretation.

Learn to teach one - self as how to interpret in a powerful way and not a powerless way.

If our interprets difficultiers as pain one experiences them to pain. If one interprets difficultiers as opportunities to grow one will experiences a great power within.

Learn to see pain patlerns and you realise how you interpret patlerns as pain. Understand whether your philosophy of pain and pleasure is wise or otherwise.

Human beings have energies. They have to be transformed and refined. If you don't transform them it creates pain patlerns and if you transform, them it creates bliss patlrns - patlerns of joy and alebration. These energies have to pass through a refining process. Meditation helps to refine these energies.

When there is a negative thought immediately change is into a positive thought or be a witness to that thought. Don't participate with it. You find that thought will shortly change.

Reflect on this.

A man sat next to a punk in a bus. Both of them alighted and started walking. The man found the punk limping on one leg as he had a high heel boot on one leg and was barefoot on the other.

'It appears that you have lost one of your shoes', the man enquired.

'No, I found one', was the punk's reply.

We pick up the unessential and suffer.

Understanding pain wisely makes pain a spiritual door into the space of wisdom.

Pain is a gift from the divine to look into what is happening more deeply.
